Mahalo for re-registering for our new Online Customer Service Center!!
Between May 29 and June 1, all current online customers should have received an email from our companies that included their new, 12-digit electric service account number. You must have your new account number to re-register.
If you received the email, please have your account number handy and proceed by clicking here.
If you did not receive the email, we apologize and request that you contact your local Customer Assistance Center to find out your new account number. You can also wait until you receive your June electric bill, which will be printed with your new account number. Once you have the number, you can proceed with re-registration.
